How to send a request
The application period runs for 30 days from delivery. Email the order number, the email used at checkout and the reason for your request. Photos or video showing both the product and packaging are needed for damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete orders. Obtain approval before posting a return. Mail is the return method, and the parcel contains a return label provided free of charge.
Refunds and replacement stock
We charge no restocking fee, and exchanges are subject to available inventory. An approved refund is processed back to the original means of payment within 10 days of approval. Bank posting time is separate from our processing period. Send your order reference if a credit needs to be traced.
What qualifies
New products may be returned or exchanged whether they are defective or non-defective. You may apply after changing your mind, disliking your selection or ordering the wrong item. Keep goods unused and in their original condition, retaining the packaging, labels and supplied accessories. We also review damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods.
